• We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been processed.
   
• Exchanges may be approved on a case-by-case basis ONLY, at the sole discretion of Royal Beauty by RaiStarr®, and must be requested within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
   

Refunds will ONLY be issued if legally required under the following limited circumstances:

• Verified backorder or unfulfilled pre-order
   
• Package officially returned to The Royal Beauty Shop due to carrier error
   
• Confirmed system or payment processing error
   

Approved refunds are processed within 1–3 business days via the original payment method after verification through our company payment center.

• All orders are shipped via USPS or approved carrier services.
   
• Tracking information is automatically emailed once your order ships.
   
• Standard processing time: 5–7 business days 
• All MAJOR holidays processing time varies and may be delayed  -- PLEASE reference your email for order/shipping tracking and updates. Remember to also check your spam folder to avoid missing updates

Carrier Delays & Claims

• Royal Beauty by RaiStarr® is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, national emergencies, or seasonal volume surges.
   
• Lost, delayed, or stolen packages must be reported directly to USPS or the carrier using the tracking number provided.
   
• Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
   

Carrier rates and delivery times may increase or fluctuate during peak seasons.
👉 Be sure to apply all valid coupons, promo codes, or ambassador discounts at checkout.

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate shipping and contact information
